Why the venue matters
The right venue makes the whole event easier to deliver
A corporate event venue needs to do more than look the part. It has to work for the people, the format, the timetable and the purpose of the event.
We help you compare venues that fit the brief and the budget, from meeting rooms and bedrooms to dining, travel, activities and the overall guest experience.
Spaces, bedrooms, dining and setting checked against the brief and budget.
You submit one enquiry, and we do the rest. Simple, quick and thorough.
Our venue-finding service is completely cost-free for clients.
How it works

Event types
Corporate events need more than a meeting room
The right venue depends on what you are planning, who is attending and what needs to happen while they are there.
Corporate retreats
Residential events where meeting space, bedrooms, dining, downtime and the wider setting all need to work together.
Company offsites
Focused time away from the office for leadership teams, strategy sessions, planning days and workshops.
Meetings and conferences
From boardroom meetings to larger presentations, the room setup, AV, refreshments and access all need to work properly.
Private dining
Country houses, castles and estates for client dinners, leadership meals, celebrations and hosted corporate evenings.
Team building
Venues with grounds, facilities, activity options and informal spaces that help the group spend proper time together.
Company celebrations
Country houses, castles and estates for awards, milestone events, summer parties, festive gatherings and private company celebrations.
Planning guidance
What should you consider when choosing a corporate venue?
Every corporate event is different. The shortlist should reflect the brief, not just the number of guests. If you are still working through the details, our corporate event planning guide covers the key things to consider when shaping the event.
The meeting space needs to suit the format of the event, whether that is a boardroom discussion, workshop, presentation or informal session.
We check layout, capacity, natural light, breakout space, AV requirements and how the room works with the rest of the venue.
For residential events, bedroom numbers often shape the whole shortlist. Single-occupancy room requirements, sharing options and accommodation layout all need checking early.
We look at whether the venue can comfortably support the number of guests staying overnight as well as the meeting, dining and informal elements of the event.
Exclusive use can be valuable for leadership retreats, confidential meetings, client hosting and events where privacy or brand control matters.
Not every venue offers exclusive use, and some require minimum numbers or spend. We can help compare the options realistically.
Catering can make or break a corporate event and is often the most remembered element of the experience. Breaks, lunches, drinks, private dining and breakfast all need to fit the programme.
We can check how the venue handles timings, dietary requirements, private dining, informal meals and any evening elements you might require.
The location needs to be realistic for the people attending. Rail links, road access, parking, airport proximity and arrival times can all affect whether a venue is suitable.
We can help compare venues by region, travel time and the balance between convenience and setting.
Corporate venue pricing varies by date, group size, number of nights, catering, exclusivity, room standards and the level of service required.
Once we understand the brief, we can help you compare realistic options and avoid spending time on venues that are unlikely to fit.
You can also use our corporate event budget calculator to get a rough starting point before sending us your brief.
