The estate sleeps up to 88 guests across 46 luxurious ensuite bedrooms. The Main Hall offers 30 individually furnished rooms and feature suites, each decorated with period furniture and original artwork. Melbourne Lodge, the former stable block, provides a further 16 spacious bedrooms with views across the estate. Both properties offer comfort, character and the convenience required for residential corporate retreats.
The Hall’s historic oak-panelled Boardroom has hosted major political and organisational gatherings, seating up to 150 delegates with state-of-the-art AV. The Warren Suite is a dedicated business hub, complete with a Glass Office, communal workspace and three syndicate rooms for breakouts. The 60-foot-long Ballroom features an ornate hand-painted ceiling and grand chandelier, while the light-filled Library offers intimate space for meetings and dining with views over Broadwater Lake.
