The estate sleeps up to 57 guests across 32 bedrooms and suites arranged between the main house, courtyard buildings and garden suites. The main house features ten individually furnished bedrooms and suites overlooking the lawns and beech avenue. The courtyard offers a further 17 bedrooms and suites with a peaceful, private-house feel, while three garden and cottage suites provide additional space and privacy for hosts or key guests. All rooms are comfortably appointed to support relaxed multi-day events.

Indoor spaces

York Hall Estate offers a strong range of characterful indoor spaces for meetings, dining and receptions. The historic dining rooms accommodate up to 56 guests for private dining, while a dedicated meeting room seats up to 45 with natural light, air conditioning and built-in AV. For smaller or confidential sessions, the ten-seat boardroom in the main house overlooks the south lawn and includes an adjoining sitting room ideal for breaks or private discussions.
