Set in the heart of the English countryside is this beautiful Edwardian country house. Valley View House was refurbished in 2014 to modern standards, and still retains its early 20th-century elegance. This gem of a house provides luxury with all the comforts of home. With six bedrooms, six bathrooms and five reception rooms spanning over 3 floors, the whole family can sit back and relax in comfort. There is space for everyone, whether you want to party the night away or sit back and enjoy a good book. 

Experience true country living

As soon as you unlatch the heavy gate and travel down the gravel drive, you take a step back into the past, and yet a well designed modern interior awaits. When you arrive in the hall with its polished wooden floors and gleaming panels you follow the doors into the study, sitting room, dining room, cloakroom and lounge. Comfort and luxury go hand-in-hand here with the stunning fireplaces, sparkling chandeliers, plush sofas and soft furnishings you can sit back and relax in. It’s the ideal place to chill out with other family members or get together and have a good old time.

The six bedrooms offer both comfort and luxury. Each room apart from the top twin room has satellite television. The principal suite on the top will feel like pure heaven with its high vaulted ceiling and gorgeous views looking out towards the famous Cliveden House. The room is furnished with designer wallpaper, silk curtains and crystal beading to give it a luxurious boudoir-style. In the bathroom, you can lay back and relax in the circular bath with its mirrored walls and watch the built in television.

Although boasting the country splendour, panoramic views and peacefulness of a picturesque village, Valley View House is located close to London. It has over three quarters of an acre of breathtaking gardens and overlooks the Thames Valley towards the famous Cliveden House and Pavilion Spa at Taplow where you can go and pamper yourself.

  • The prices listed are for the entire house up to 14 guests, and for stays taken up to end of 2020.
  • Should your booking relate to 2021, our prices will be published towards the end of 2020 but, as an indication, rental prices will increase by approximately 4 - 6 % on current prices.
  • Minimum let of 2 nights over a weekend and 3 nights for a Bank Holiday weekend.
  • Minimum let of 7 nights at Christmas and New Year.
  • Booking durations that differ from 1 week or 2/3 night weekends are acceptable dependent upon calendar availability.
  • For day guests over and above the standard contracted number, parties or special events, prices are on application.
  • An exit clean of £95 and a cautionary deposit (refundable) will apply.
  • Preferred check-in day is a Friday.
  • Check-in time is 4pm unless vacant, when it can be earlier by prior arrangement.
  • Check-out time is 10 am or 4 pm on a Sunday.
  • A deposit of 50% is due on booking and the balance is to be paid 3 months before the rental date.
  • Any reservations are not confirmed bookings until the booking confirmation forms have been signed, returned and the 50% deposit has been paid.
  • The Use of the Hot Tub operates from Beginning April - End September. During this period, the hot tub cannot be used after 8pm. It is un-operational and decommissioned between October and March.
  • No Fireworks are permitted on the property
