As you would expect the Castle houses art, architecture and culture on a grand scale but what is more surprising and certainly very special, is the sense of a comfortable, living home.

As guests of the Duke and Duchess you will be staying in their private wing and their staff will be your staff. The Bedrooms are a mixture of huge opulence and comfortable elegance. Most have ensuite bathrooms or a private bathroom. You will be occupying rooms that have seen Kings and Queens as previous guests but, as always, you will feel completely at home.

The state rooms offer an unprecedented chance to dress up and impress; we imagine once in a life time dinners, elegant soirées and late nights. The private rooms are ideal for leisurely family pursuits, intimate dinners, drinks by the fire and lazy afternoons. There is the Picture Gallery if you want to be amazed and a Billiard Room for those after dinner games. All this is surrounded by the beautiful estate – views of which are just spectacular from the elevated position that the Castle enjoys.

The staff are, of course, happy and equipped to cater to your wishes. Just let us know what you require – formal dinner, corporate presentation, children’s nanny, spa treatments, picnic lunch, guided tour of the Castle – and it will be arranged.

The Estate is also well equipped for country pursuits, horse riding and country walking are available on site and being so well linked to the community allows Belvoir Castle to offer just about anything else that you can think of.
