Set in the dramatic peak district, it couldn’t be farther away from your everyday office, but placed as it is centrally in the country with easy access form the M1, M6 and Manchester airport; it’s not far away in real terms and an easy drive for most people.

Glorious views combine with some really nice spaces, great technology and excellent standards of decoration to ensure your success and comfort.

The modern and newly fitted kitchen has plenty of equipment to suit large groups. The open plan living space with dramatic double height ceilings and central log burner provides lots of flexibility. The table is large enough for 24 people to sit together to eat or meet and the drop down screen at the end of the table is perfect for presentations. If it’s all getting to much just push the table aside and have a game of table tennis – the bats and table are provided.

To the other side of the fire is a comfy sitting area with large French doors to the garden – great for breakouts, extending the party outside or just putting your feet up in front of the fire. In addition there is a separate den with a 32” plasma TV and a video karaoke machine. This can be used for a more private conversation, to split groups or just for a bit of R&R when the work is done.

This house offers far more twins than a usual private house allowing for larger groups without having to share double beds. There are 10 ensuite bedrooms so no fighting over showers. 8 of the double bedrooms can be converted into twins and 2 are fixed doubles. 2 of the bedroom also have bunk beds if extra space is needed. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and 1 has a bathroom which is set up for those in wheelchairs. All the bedrooms have fresh white linen, modern styling and a selection of good quality towels.

The garden is a true folly with interesting separate areas and an excellent custom built BarBQ. With some large “castle ruin” style stone walls it is well sheltered from the elements and the addition of a small gazebo type marquee would ensure a successful outdoor party against anything but the worst of weathers.

With parking for around 15 cars and Wi-Fi this lovely house offers comfort, character and practicality. In an area famous for its walking, riding and its stunning beauty there is ample opportunity for many outdoor pursuits and catering can be provided as required. If you want to go out to eat there is a local pub within walking distance and many others which come with good recommendations just a short drive or Taxi away.

For those eager to get to there in the fresh air, or for some serious team building, there are walks right from your front door and a Go-Ape centre just a 5 minute drive away.
